What is KILOGEAR ?
KILOGEAR is a wearable micro-weight training system designed to help athletes build real-world performance.
Unlike traditional weighted vests, KILOGEAR distributes small weights throughout the body, allowing athletes to train in their natural movement.
The result? More power, faster acceleration, stronger throwing, and better performance when it matters most.

How It Works
Add minimal load with KILOGEAR wearables.
Perform your natural movements on land, in the pool, and in training.
Your body adapts, building strength, wearables. speed, and power.
Transfer your gains to the pool and race faster,
One System. Every Swimmer.
esistance through the arms while you swim. Build stroke strength and pulling power, the force that moves you down the lane. This is where every swimmer should start: load your arms, keep your natural stroke, and feel your catch get stronger with every length. A half pound per arm to start, fully adjustable. Every stroke, every distance, just load up and go.
Now the kick joins the pull. Arm sleeves and calf sleeves load the full stroke at once, so you train how it all connects, arm speed, leg drive, and timing under resistance. A half pound per arm, a pound per leg to start, fully adjustable. Load heavy for sprint or hold it lighter for distance.
A new swim system. Arms, calves, and quads loaded together, so you train the pull, the kick, and the drive off every wall. Five pounds of adjustable load to start, dialed to the swimmer, the stroke, and the distance. Men's or women's fit. To wear more weight, layer in the PlyoSlide vest!

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you actually swim in KILOGEAR?
What is the difference between the swim kits?
Does it replace dryland or the weight room?
Is it safe for young swimmers?
How much weight should a swimmer start with?
Will it change my stroke?
That's the right question to ask, and it's the first thing I checked. The load is distributed across the muscle groups rather than concentrated at one point, which is what lets it add resistance without pulling your body out of position. The rule still applies though: if you see stroke quality drop, take weight off. No tool is immune to being overloaded.
