KILOGEAR International Product Warranty

At KILOGEAR International, we stand by the quality of our products. Our garments and weights are warranted against material defects in materials and workmanship for six (6) months from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

What’s Covered:

• Repair or replacement of defective products at no cost (excluding shipping).

What’s Not Covered:

• Damage from misuse, improper washing, overuse, or alterations.

• Repairs by unauthorized third parties.

How to Claim:

• Email support@kilogear.com with your receipt and product details.

• Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility.

Limitation of Liability:

KILOGEAR International disclaims all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall KILOGEAR be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including injury or property damage, resulting from product use or misuse. Certain jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion of incidental damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
