KILOGEAR International Limited Product Warranty

At KILOGEAR International, we stand by the quality of our products. KILOGEAR garments and weights are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for six (6) months from the date of purchase.

What's Covered

Repair or replacement of the defective product at no charge, at our option. Shipping costs are not included.

What's Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from misuse, abuse, accident, improper washing or care, or use beyond the product's intended purpose
  • Alterations or modifications to the product
  • Repairs performed by anyone other than KILOGEAR International
  • Products not purchased from KILOGEAR International or an authorized retailer
  • Products purchased secondhand or resold

How to Make a Claim

Email support@kilogear.com with your proof of purchase, the product name and size, and photos of the defect. We will let you know whether the product needs to be returned for inspection. Shipping the product to us is the customer's responsibility. If the claim is approved, we cover the cost of returning the repaired or replacement product to you.

International Purchases

This warranty is given in addition to, and does not limit, any rights or remedies you have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Where those laws give you rights that cannot be excluded or limited, the Limitation of Implied Warranties and Limitation of Liability sections below apply only to the extent permitted by law.

European Union and European Economic Area. Consumers in the EU and EEA benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years from delivery under Directive (EU) 2019/771 and the national laws implementing it. This legal guarantee is provided by us at no cost to you and applies regardless of, and in addition to, the six-month warranty described above. Nothing in this warranty affects those rights.

United Kingdom. Consumers in the United Kingdom have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to goods of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Nothing in this warranty affects those rights.

Canada. Consumers in Canada may have statutory warranty rights under provincial law, including the warranty of reasonable durability under the Quebec Consumer Protection Act. Nothing in this warranty affects those rights. Quebec residents may request a French-language copy of this warranty at support@kilogear.com.

New Zealand. Consumers in New Zealand have rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 that cannot be excluded. Nothing in this warranty affects those rights.

Australia

For products purchased and shipped to Australia:

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The benefits given to you by this warranty are in addition to your other rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law. The Limitation of Implied Warranties and Limitation of Liability sections below do not apply to purchases made in Australia.

Limitation of Implied Warranties

Any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to six (6) months from the date of purchase. Some states and countries do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

Except where prohibited by law, KILOGEAR International is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of its products. Our total liability under this warranty is limited to the purchase price of the product. Some states and countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state and by country.
