KILOGEAR SIZE CHARTS
Find Your Fit – The KILOGEAR Way
Because every body moves differently, we engineered ours to move with you.
KILOGEAR is designed to feel like performance wear, not workout equipment. It's gear that works with your body, not against it. The right fit ensures your weights stay secure, your movement stays natural, and your performance stays elevated.
Our sizing is designed around movement, comfort, and performance.
If you’re typically a Small in other brands, you’ll likely be a Small here too, but KILOGEAR isn’t just clothing. It’s a performance system with built-in weight pockets, so a secure fit keeps weights stable and aligned with your body.
-
Weight System:
- Tops and sleeves use KILOMICRO™ (.25 lb) weights.
- Bottoms, bras, vests, and calf sleeves use KILOMAX™ (.50 lb) weights.
- Remove weights before washing.
Choose Your Fit
PERFORMANCE FIT
Compression-style, secure, and supportive. Feels like your “second skin.” Perfect for running, training, court or field work, and any high-intensity movement where you want the gear to stay locked in.
EVERYDAY FIT
Slightly more relaxed through the core and hips for lifestyle movement like jogging, pilates, yoga, walking, travel, or all-day wear. Same resistance benefits, just a roomier feel.
Both fits use the same patented weight system. The only difference is how snug you like your gear.
How to Measure
Grab a soft measuring tape and follow these simple steps:
For Tops and Bras
- Chest: Around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms.
- Underbust: Directly under your bust.
- Waist: Around the narrowest part (above your belly button).
- Hips: Around the widest part of your hips and glutes.
For Bottoms
- Inseam: Measure from the top of your inner thigh down to your ankle bone.
For Sleeves & Calf Sleeves
- Bicep Circumference: Around the largest part of your upper arm.
- Forearm Circumference: About 2 inches below your elbow.
- Calf Circumference: Around the largest part of your calf.
- Sleeve Length: From the base of your neck, across shoulder, down to wrist.
Pro Tips:
- Keep the tape snug, not tight.
- Measure over fitted clothing or undergarments.
- Stand tall, posture matters for the perfect fit!
