The Basics

Here’s How to Measure Like a Pro:
- Waist: Find the smallest part of your waist (that’s usually above your belly button but below your ribs). Wrap the tape around and relax—don’t suck in! We need the real you.
- Hips: Stand with your feet hip-width apart and wrap the tape around the widest part of your booty. No need to strike a pose—just keep it natural.
