KILOGEAR Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the KILOGEAR Affiliate Program (“Program”). By applying to and participating in this Program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

To join the Program, you must:

Be at least 18 years old

Submit complete and accurate registration information
Agree to these Terms & Conditions
Operate ethically and legally in all promotions and sales
Not be engaged in any activity that conflicts with KILOGEAR’s brand or values

KILOGEAR reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its discretion.

2. Nature of the Program

The KILOGEAR Affiliate Program is designed for:

Coaches
Trainers
Gym owners
Team managers
Program directors
Sports and wellness professionals
Community leaders
Individuals who influence purchasing decisions within their network

This is not an ambassador, influencer, or content creator program.

Affiliates earn commissions through both:

Individual online referrals using their unique link or code, and
Team, group, or volume-based sales supported by KILOGEAR’s Sales Team.

3. Your Affiliate Link & Code

Once approved, you will receive:

A unique referral link
A unique discount or referral code
Access to your affiliate dashboard (for link activity only)

These tools track online individual sales. Team or volume-based sales may be processed separately with support from our Sales Team.

You agree:

Not to alter your link or code
Not to share someone else’s link or code
Not to misrepresent your affiliation with KILOGEAR

4. Commissions

Affiliates earn commissions in two ways:

Individual Online Sales: Commissions are generated when customers purchase through your affiliate link or your approved affiliate code. These transactions are tracked automatically through UpPromote.
Team, Group, and Volume Sales If you introduce KILOGEAR to: Teams, Organizations, Schools, Gyms, Clubs, Training programs, Community groups. These sales may be processed directly by the KILOGEAR Sales Team and applied to your account.

Commission rates, structures, and eligibility are provided in your Welcome Letter and may vary by tier.

5. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates agree NOT to:

Claim medical benefits, cure, or disease treatment
Make unapproved performance or safety claims
Misrepresent KILOGEAR products
Use unapproved branding, images, or messaging
Run paid ads against KILOGEAR branded search terms
Offer their own discounts, rebates, or incentives
Conduct resale of KILOGEAR products without written approval
Misuse their link or code
Embellish testimonials or fabricate success stories
Spam or engage in deceptive marketing
Copy or recreate KILOGEAR’s creative assets without permission

Violation may result in immediate removal and forfeiture of commissions.

6. FTC Compliance

Affiliates must comply with all Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines when promoting KILOGEAR.

You agree to:

Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship (“I may earn a commission…”)
Make honest, truthful, and non-misleading statements
Only share accurate product information provided by KILOGEAR

Failure to follow FTC guidelines may result in removal from the Program.

7. Payouts

Commissions are paid out through the payout method selected in your dashboard.
Commissions are paid on Net Sales
Payments are issued after orders pass the return/refund window.
KILOGEAR may withhold commissions in cases of suspected fraud or program abuse.

8. Trademark and Branding Use

As an affiliate, you may use KILOGEAR-approved:

Logos
Images
Product descriptions
Creative assets

You may NOT:

Modify brand assets
Create new logos or product claims
Use KILOGEAR trademarks in paid ads or domain names
Represent yourself as an employee or agent of the company

All brand assets remain the intellectual property of KILOGEAR.

9. Relationship of Parties

You are an independent affiliate partner, not:

An employee
A contractor
A franchisee
An agent

You have no authority to bind KILOGEAR in any manner.

10. Termination

KILOGEAR may terminate your participation in the Program at any time if:

You violate these Terms
You misuse your link or code
You misrepresent KILOGEAR
You engage in unethical or harmful behavior
You submit fraudulent transactions
You fail to align with the brand

You may also request removal from the Program at any time.

Upon termination, future commissions are void.

11. Program Changes

KILOGEAR reserves the right to:

Update commission structures
Modify program requirements
Change payout processes
Adjust training or support procedures
Update Terms & Conditions
Discontinue the Program

Changes will be reflected on this page. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
