The KILOGEAR Speed Kit is designed to help athletes build explosive speed, particularly in their first three steps and take-off power. This kit is perfect for targeting leg muscles and enhancing speed, with tailored weight distribution for both youth and adult athletes.

Youth Sizes (8, 10, 12, 14)
For youth athletes, the Speed Kit includes the Boy's Sport Shorts, Sport Tights, and Calf Bands, all equipped with two built-in weight pockets per leg. The Sport Shorts and Tights each hold two Strong weights (.50LB each), providing 1 pound of resistance per leg. The Calf Bands add an additional 1 pound per leg, allowing athletes to focus on building speed by targeting key muscle groups in the legs.

Adult Sizes (XS and up)
For adult athletes, the Speed Kit offers greater resistance and advanced weight distribution. The adult-sized Sport Shorts feature four built-in weight pockets per leg, allowing athletes to wear up to 2 pounds per leg. The adult Sport Tights have five built-in weight pockets per leg, enabling athletes to wear up to 2.5 pounds per leg. The adult Calf Bands include three built-in weight pockets, providing additional 1.5LBs of resistance for more targeted speed and acceleration training when wearing with the shorts.
