Exchange Policy

Effective Policy Summary: KILOGEAR is a "second skin" much like a bathing suit and under garment product. We gladly accept exchanges for clean, unworn, unwashed, and unused full-price merchandise within 7 days of delivery to the customer.

  • No refunds or store credit are offered.
  • Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for exchange.
  • Customers can exchange for the same style in a different size. If an item is sold out, you may select a comparable item of equal value.

A restocking fee applies:

  • Domestic Orders: $15
  • International Orders: $25

Exchanges for Third-Party Purchases: KILOGEAR does not accept exchanges on merchandise purchased through third-party retailers.

Exchange Process:

STEP 1: Submit Your Exchange Request

  • Complete the appropriate online exchange form within 7 days of receiving your order:
  • Pay the applicable restocking fee during form submission.

STEP 2: Prepare Your Return Package

  • Upon submitting the form, you will receive:
    • A prepaid shipping label.
    • An exchange packing slip (to include inside the return package).
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging with sanitary stickers, hang tags, and size tags attached.
  • Ship the merchandise within 7 days of receiving your shipping label.

STEP 3: Inspection and Processing

  • Once your return arrives at KILOGEAR, our team will inspect the item.
  • Please allow 1-4 business days for your exchange to be processed.
  • You will receive an email notification once your replacement item has shipped.

Important Conditions:

  • Items must be clean, unwashed, unworn, and unused.
  • KILOGEAR reserves the right to reject any exchange that does not meet these conditions.
  • Merchandise for your exchange will be held for 15 business days. After that, inventory cannot be guaranteed.

Faulty or Incorrect Orders:

  • If you received a faulty or incorrect item, do not use the exchange form.
  • Please email support@kilogear.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • KILOGEAR will cover all restocking and shipping fees for confirmed errors.
Camps and Workshop Cancellations: (Camps and workshops are governed separately from product exchanges.)

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@kilogear.com. Cancellation charges are as follows:

  • 21+ days before the first session: 25% cancellation fee.
  • 14 days before the first session: 75% cancellation fee.
  • 7 days or less before the first session: 100% cancellation fee.
