Free Exchanges
We want you to love your KILOGEAR. If the fit is not right we will make it right. All exchanges are completely free.
What We Accept
We gladly accept exchanges for clean, unworn, unwashed and unused full-price merchandise within 7 days of delivery. Items must have all original sanitary stickers, hang tags and size tags attached.
What We Do Not Accept
Items that have been worn, washed or used. Items marked as Final Sale. Items purchased through third-party retailers.
Exchange Options
Exchange for any style in any size. It is completely free.
How to Exchange
Step 1. Email us at support@kilogear.com with your order number in the subject line within 7 days of receiving your order. In the body of the email tell us the size or style you would like instead.
Step 2. We will send you a prepaid shipping label. Pack your item securely with all original tags attached and ship it back within 7 days of receiving your label.
Step 3. Once your item arrives we will inspect it and process your exchange within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your replacement ships.
Received a Wrong or Faulty Item?
Email support@kilogear.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will cover everything and make it right immediately.

Note: No refunds or store credit are offered. All sales are final except for size and style exchanges as outlined above. Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for exchange. KILOGEAR does not accept exchanges on merchandise purchased through third-party retailers.
