Our Boy's Elite Weighted Compression Shorts are specifically designed to activate muscle groups so you can develop increased strength, mobility and the speed of your movements. Training in these shorts will increase stamina and overall endurance.  They are meant to fit tight, in order to provide increased blood flow and to make sure the weights do not move during your activities!
