Boys Starter Kit B

This Performance Kit includes:

• Boys Pro Short Sleeve and (6) Steady Weights for upper body conditioning. Each Steady weight weighs .25LB (a quarter pound). This will allow athletes to wear just under one pound on each arm.
• Boys Pro Shorts with (4) Strong Weights to enhance lower body performance Each Strong weight weights .50LB (half pound). This will allow athletes to wear 1 pounds per leg.
• Forearm Bands with (8) Steady Weights. Each arm band has two built-in weight pockets. Each weight pocket can hold (2) Steady Weights, so you can wear 1 pound per arm band.
