• The Youth version allows young athletes to wear one (1) .50 LB MICRO Weight per leg. For this configuration, you need to purchase one pack of our .50 LB MICRO Weights. 
• The XS version allows young athletes to wear two (2) .50 LB MICRO Weights per leg. For this configuration, you need to purchase two packs of our .50 LB MICRO Weights.
• The adult small - XL sizes have three integrated weight pockets per sleeve. For this configuration, you need to purchase up to three packs of our 50 LB MICRO Weights.
