Our Girl's Weighted Long Sleeve is designed to help young ladies comfortably and safely build muscle over time. There is no mesh in the elbows for youth sizes 8, 10 and 12. We designed this top to activate your core and arms. For sizes youth 14, shop the Women's collection (size XS). 

Size 8 and 10 long sleeves are designed to carry two weights per arm (one on the forearm and one on the bicep).  Size 12 is designed to carry four weights per arm (two on the biceps and two on the forearm). 

Great for track and field, team sports, dance and even volleyball as the weights do not interfere!
