Boy's Starter Kit A

This Performance Kit includes:

• Boy's Pro Short Sleeve and (6) Steady Weights for upper body conditioning. Each Steady weight weighs .25LB (a quarter pound). This will allow athletes to wear just under one pound on each arm.
• Boy's Pro Shorts with (4) Strong Weights to enhance lower body performance Each Strong weight weights .50LB (half pound). This will allow athletes to wear 1 pounds per leg.

Fully loaded, the Boy's Starter kit weighs 3.5 pounds.
