Our Steady weight sets are sold in packs of two. Each Steady weight weighs .25 pounds and measures 2 x 4” in size. Our weights are soft to the touch, semi-flexible and rounded at the edges.
All KILOGEAR tops utilize the Steady weights.
Tips for loading the weights:
- Feel free to keep the plastic cover on the weights the first few times you wear them. This makes it easy to load and unload them for washing.
- The flat side of the weight sits against the body.
- You can double stack weights in the weight pockets for extra load!
