Q) What is Kilogear’s Return Policy?
A) Since we manufacture in the US and make small runs each quarter, we are only offering exchanges. We realize this will be a new experience for most of our customers and if you didn’t get the right fit the first time around, you have 14 days to send it back for an exchange.
Q) How Do I Start the Exchange Process?
A) Email us at customercare@Kilogear.com with the subject line titled: “Exchange”. The exchange shipping charges are your responsibility. Products must be in their original condition, in the original packaging, and have all tags and stickers still attached. We will email you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form. The RMA must accompany all returned items, either for a refund or repair. The RMA form is valid for 7 days from the date of issuance. Warranty is void if any item has any tags, serial number or warranty sticker removed. Warranty is void if any item has physical damage. Shipping is non-refundable.
Q) When can I expect a new pair?
A) Since we cut and sew in cycles, as well as rotate new styles and colors, you may have to wait a bit to receive your exchange. However, we will do everything possible to make the exchange a great experience. When we launch our full line, our return policy will be more relaxed and timely.
